Through regular self-evaluation, collaboration with pupils, staff, parents and partners, and a focus on evidence-informed practice, we identify strengths and areas for development. This enables us to build on what we do well while continually striving to improve.

Our improvement priorities are designed to ensure that all children experience high-quality learning opportunities, feel supported and included, and develop the skills, knowledge and confidence they need to succeed now and in the future.
